Inaugural Mixed and Mingle Fundraiser happening Oct 28

The inaugural Mixed and Mingle fundraiser for ArtiFact Louisiana hosted by C&C Mercantile, Caddo Bros, and Art by Lauren Ross Simmons, will be on October 28th from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. at 1110 Texas Ave in downtown Shreveport.  

ArtiFact will feature a fundraiser event called Mixed and Mingle, hosted by renowned mixologist and bar chef, Abigail Gullo of Loa inside the International House Hotel in New Orleans. She will curate libations inspired from around the globe through this social experiment event.

Mixed and Mingle aims to open guests’ minds and palates to rethink cocktails as they know them, while also making them feel as though they have stepped into a high-end cocktail bar in London, New York, or Las Vegas. Guest’s senses will be visually bombarded by elaborate installations by ArtiFact Louisiana, Art by Lauren Ross Simmons, and C&C Mercantile.  

“This event is definitely one of a kind,” says Derek Simmons, owner of C&C Mercantile, “This multi-sensory experience will be an immersive night of taste, sounds, and visions to explore.” 

Attendees are encouraged to bring cameras and wear their best to capture the hypnotic art installations as the perfect backdrop for social media. Tickets will include four hand-crafted cocktails, heavy hor’s douvers, and art installations to taste and explore.
