The Film Prize portion of the event will also include the awarding of three $1,000 grants for local filmmakers and officially announce the inclusion of Film Prize as one of Moviemaker Magazine’s “Best Short Film Festivals in the World”.
The event will also feature a photography showcase and competition called the Golden Lens. The Golden Lens is an event dreamed up by Jen Robison and is in partnership with Bossier Parish Community College. The audience will be able to vote on their favorite photo taken during Prize Fest.
