Shreveport cheerleader headed to Super Bowl
Winter-Noelle Grant, cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals, is headed to the Super Bowl.
Grant is a graduate of C.E. Byrd High School and is currently in her 3rd year as a special educations teacher in Ohio.
“This school year, I will be working with students that come from low-socioeconomic backgrounds and poverty-stricken communities,” shared Grant on social media. “I want my classroom to be a safe space where my students have all the resources to have a successful school year despite their abilities, race, and economic status.”
To aid in that goal, she created an Amazon Wish List for her classroom. You can help assist her by purchasing from her Amazon wish list by clicking here.
Super Bowl LVI 2022 will be held on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at 5:30PM. The game will see the Bengals and Rams meeting for the first time in a Super Bowl game.
Other Louisiana players include former LSU quarterback Joe Burrow and West Monroe native, Andrew Whitworth. Whitworth helped the LSU Tigers bring home a National Championship in 2003.
