Shreveport Derby Day 2024 races into action on May 4

Shreveport Derby Day 2024 returns on Saturday, May 4, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Provenance Town Center in South Shreveport. Shreveport Derby Day promises an unforgettable experience filled with delectable food from Chef Blake Jackson, Windrush, and Franks Louisiana Kitchen, live entertainment from Flow Tribe, and, of course, exhilarating horse races.

All-inclusive single tickets for Shreveport Derby Day are priced at $95 and include access to all the festivities, food, entertainment, and of course, Mint Juleps. For those looking to elevate their Derby Day experience, tables of 8 are available for $1,200, offering sponsorship signage and a designated area to relax and enjoy the festivities. 

Bar Services

Bar services provided by Fatty Arbuckles will feature classic mint juleps, refreshing Lily Rose cocktails, sparkling wine, and beer. Chef Blake Jackson will create an exquisite culinary experience for attendees, featuring a diverse range of dishes. New Orleans’ favorite, Flow Tribe, will provide lively tunes to keep the atmosphere vibrant throughout the event. 

Official Men’s Clothier

Shreveport Derby Day’s official men’s clothier is John Pickens, while JAC Boutique serves as the official women’s clothier. Both offer elevated style options to ensure attendees are dressed to impress for the occasion. Derby Day attendees are encouraged to showcase their finest attire, with the opportunity to vie for the coveted “Best Dressed” title and prize, sponsored by John Pickens and JAC.
